Details: Vibrant, whimsical, 3-dimensional limited edition (185/400) print serigraph with actual shredded money border titled "A Penny Saved, Is A Penny Earned" by New York artist Charles Fazzino, who is one of the most popular and highly collected pop-artists of all time. Signed in pencil in the lower right hand corner. This incredibly detailed piece made up of detailed paper cut outs that create this wonderful 3 dimensional effect, depicts Wall Street's chaos and energy. The picture extends out into the frame which was done specially by Charles Fazzino and is unique to Gallery One in LA where the piece was purchased in 2008. Also the shredded money border is real and has come from the US mint from decommissioned bills. Framed in black lacquer and matted with stock reports on the interior and a black linen border.
