Why Sell With BW Home?

You'll get the best return for your gently used items. We showcase your items for 6 months, giving them a reasonable amount of time to sell. As well as listing your items on multiple web sites for maximum exposure we also do local advertising- not just relying on foot traffic in our showroom. We always provide a concierge level of customer service.

What Items Can I Consign With BW Home?

We accept a variety of styles and price ranges of furniture and accessories ranging from new to vintage and antique pieces. We do ask that if your items are pre-owned, that they be in gently used, yet ready to sell condition. If items are not over $100, they may not be listed on-line, however, we may welcome them in our showroom due to the labor intensive nature of photographing, describing, listing and managing each piece that we showcase.

What Are The Fees?

There are no initial fees of any kind to consign with BW Home. If your item requires pick up, we can help arrange it with our friendly movers and usually a fee is paid directly to the driver. If your items does not sell during the time period it is consigned with us and not picked up in a timely manner, storage fees may be incurred. Our Consignment terms are a 60/40 split.
